Types of jobs available:
The below positions are ongoing positions that we recruit
for throughout the year.
1.) Sales positions (circa £30K base ... OTE package
to £100K)
Experience in solution sales is required for these predominantly
telesales roles, requiring occasional field sales and boardroom
presentations. Experience selling HR software and/or advertising
on jobsites is advantageous. An engaging and intelligent phone
manner is essential.
2.) Technical positions (circa £40K- £60K)
Experienced programmers are required for roles entailing MS SQL,
ASP, .Net, CSS, Dreamweaver, HTML, Flash, Photoshop, Firefox.
Demonstratable experience programming complex functionalities
and a relevant degree are required. Thoroughness and attention
to detail are mandatory.
3.) Line Managers (circa £40K - £60K)
Experienced Line Managers are sought to provide daily supervision
of teams and maintenance of office processes and procedures. Previous
experience in being accountable for company deliverables is mandatory,
and previous P&L experience would be highly beneficial. Experience
in both start up and corporate environments is highly desirable.
4.) Account Managers & Project Officers (circa £25K
- £35K)
Experienced Account Managers, Internet Researchers and Project
Managers are sought to assist with and manage corporate client-related
projects. Breadth of capability, strong writing skills and attention
to detail are mandatory. A highly professional, tenacious and
discerning attitude is critical for this role.
5.) Administrative Support Officers (circa £25K
- £30K)
Experienced administrative support personnel with both start-up
and corporate experience are required. Key qualities sought include
a strong attention to detail, high sense of urgency, high self
structure, ability and willingness to follow office processes
and procedures, professional attitude.
